REPORT OF CMP JULY AUGUST 2016-17

 

Common minimum programme for qualitative improvement of the Primary education is getting desired attention by the school administration. Every effort will be made that focus should shift from ‘’Effective Teaching to Inspired Learning “.

Various teaching-learning activities were organized successfully during the month. Maximum number of students participated in these activities with full enthusiasm and zest. Proper planning of activities will be done which will be followed by effective implementation and feedback. Details are as follows-   

The H.M. is drawing the allotted fund regularly, which is being utilized to prepare TLM. The expenditure towards TLM is verified and counter verified by the Principal. The fund is used to prepare worksheets, activity sheets, revision sheets and other helping materials

  1. Teaching-learning material:-Teachers are instructed to use teaching-learning materials and power point presentations while teaching in the classrooms to make teaching learning process more conducive towards leaning.
    1. Classroom Activities: Learning becomes joyfull and easier with activities performed in the class. While teaching English, Hindi, Maths and EVS various activities were performed. Classwise pictures shows also organised.Classroom teaching is regularly monitored by the HM and the school principal. Activities provides safe and nurturing enviornment for both physical and emotional growth.  Glimeses are here-
    2. Proficiency in Reading Hindi ( Slow Learner) – To enchance the capability of hindi reading HM took special classes of low achievers during non teaching periods.And guide all teachers to pay more attention and emphasis on low achievers to improve their hindi reading skill

4.Computer Aided Teaching: - Use of Power Point presentations, Internet, Flash makes the learning process more enduring and endeavoring. It induces scientific ways towards learning. It develops in student’s ways of doing by learning. Glimpses are here-

 

5.Celebration of Independence Day: - 68sth Independence was celebrated in the vidyalaya with full patriotism and pride. The school Principal unfurls India's flag assisted with senior teachers and Scouts and guides. The Principal delivers the '"Address to the Vidyalaya" on the Independence Day. He paid homage to our leaders and those who fought for India's freedom in the past. Afterwards cultural programs are held in the school which was ended with sweet distribution ceremony
